Free Phone Consultation-15 minutes
This is a 15 minute phone call where we get to know each other, to determine if we would work well together.

Therapy Intensives
Extended sessions (2–4 hours) for those who want more time to explore something in depth. This can be helpful if you feel stuck in a pattern, are working through relationship dynamics or trauma, or want a more focused space.
