Meet Eleni Kapetanios, RP (Qualifying)
Therapy should feel calm, steady, and genuinely supportive. I work from a trauma-informed, psychodynamic and attachment-based lens—integrating IFS-informed work for individuals and EFT principles for couples—so we can explore what’s hard at a pace that feels safe for you.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. My approach is collaborative and transparent: we’ll set clear goals together, check in on progress, and adjust as your needs evolve. Sessions are available in person in Guelph or securely online across Ontario.
