For partners who want less reactivity and more clarity. We’ll slow things down, map patterns, and practice safer ways to connect.

Free Phone Consultation-15 minutes
This is a 15 minute phone call where we get to know each other, to determine if we would work well together.

Individual: 50 minutes — $160 per session
Couples: 75 minutes — $240 per session
Payment due at time of session. Receipts provided for insurance.
48-hour cancellation policy.
